LaShawn is a highly skilled leader, motivational speaker, Certified Life Coach and gifted minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Married to Bishop Lionel J. Traylor for over 26 years. With almost two decades of ministry, and eight wonderful kids between them. She is a native of New Orleans, LA but now resides in Jackson, Mississippi. She serves along side her husband as leaders of The Epicenter Church, a thriving and growing ministry.
An experienced consultant and social entrepreneur for over 15 years, she is also the founder and CEO of LaShawn Traylor Ministries. Which ministers to thousands of viewers from varies places every Wednesday morning via Facebook Live.
LaShawn also has excelled scholastically. She was awarded the Lambda award and was also initiated as a member from the Alpha Beta Gamma, an International Business Honor Society of Community, Junior, and Technical Colleges. In addition, LaShawn has degrees in Accounting, Information Technology and Office Systems Management.
Moreover, she has a remarkable record as a successful CFO to several organizations. She was awarded the "Spirit Award" from the ACLU of Mississippi for her help in the community. She has also been awarded by the Kiwanis Club of Flowood, MS for her work after Hurricane Katrina.
LaShawn’s life time goal and mission is to be an agent of change and empowerment in every environment she enters.
